1. And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.
于是百姓远远地站立，摩西就挨近神所在的幽暗之中。

2. And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing: he hath uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.
人若娶弟兄之妻，这本是污秽的事，羞辱了他的弟兄，二人必无子女。

3. Thus Edom refused to give Israel passage through his border: wherefore Israel turned away from him.
这样，以东王不肯容以色列人从他的境界过去。于是他们转去，离开他。

4. And the children of Benjamin came forth out of Gibeah, and destroyed down to the ground of the Israelites that day twenty and two thousand men.
便雅悯人就从基比亚出来，当日杀死以色列人二万二千。

5. And, behold, I will send a lad, saying, Go, find out the arrows. If I expressly say unto the lad, Behold, the arrows are on this side of thee, take them; then come thou: for there is peace to thee, and no hurt; as the LORD liveth.
我要打发童子，说，去把箭找来。我若对童子说，箭在后头，把箭拿来，你就可以回来。我指着永生的耶和华起誓，你必平安无事。

6. The matter is not so: but a man of mount Ephraim, Sheba the son of Bichri by name, hath lifted up his hand against the king, even against David: deliver him only, and I will depart from the city. And the woman said unto Joab, Behold, his head shall be thrown to thee over the wall.
乃因以法莲山地的一个人比基利的儿子示巴举手攻击大卫王，你们若将他一人交出来，我便离城而去。妇人对约押说，那人的首级必从城墙上丢给你。

7. And the king of Israel went out, and smote the horses and chariots, and slew the Syrians with a great slaughter.
以色列王出城攻打车马，大大击杀亚兰人。

8. And Hezekiah slept with his fathers: and Manasseh his son reigned in his stead.
希西家与他列祖同睡。他儿子玛拿西接续他作王。

9. And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.
约沙法既与民商议了，就设立歌唱的人，颂赞耶和华，使他们穿上圣洁的礼服，走在军前赞美耶和华说，当称谢耶和华，因他的慈爱永远长存。

10. There shall none of his meat be left; therefore shall no man look for his goods.
其馀的没有一样他不吞灭，所以他的福乐不能长久。

11. An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end thereof shall not be blessed.
起初速得的产业，终久却不为福。

12. Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do, he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths: then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.
只是他们的儿女悖逆我，不顺从我的律例，也不谨守遵行我的典章（人若遵行就必因此活着），干犯我的安息日。我就说，要将我的忿怒倾在他们身上，在旷野向他们成就我怒中所定的。

13. And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on the left, in thy kingdom.
耶稣说，你要什么呢。他说，愿你叫我这两个儿子在你国里，一个坐在你右边，一个坐在你左边。

14. And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither acceptest thou the person of any, but teachest the way of God truly:
奸细就问耶稣说，夫子，我们晓得你所讲所传都是正道，也不取人的外貌，乃是诚诚实实传神的道。

15. Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
耶稣又对他们说，愿你们平安。父怎样差遣了我，我也照样差遣你们。

16. Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
又对犹太人，和希腊人，证明当向神悔改，信靠我主耶稣基督。
