1. And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to thee a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with thee, and with all other: thus she was reproved.
又对撒拉说，我给你哥哥一千银子，作为你在合家人面前哨羞的（羞原文作眼），你就在众人面前没有不是了。

2. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
不可作假见证陷害人。

3. And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
女人若与兽亲近，与它淫合，你要杀那女人和那兽，总要把他们治死，罪要归到他们身上。

4. And when we cried unto the LORD, he heard our voice, and sent an angel, and hath brought us forth out of Egypt: and, behold, we are in Kadesh, a city in the uttermost of thy border:
我们哀求耶和华的时候，他听了我们的声音，差遣使者把我们从埃及领出来。这事你都知道。如今，我们在你边界上的城加低斯。

5. But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:
但这些国民的城，耶和华你神既赐你为业，其中凡有气息的，一个不可存留。

6. Among all this people there were seven hundred chosen men lefthanded; every one could sling stones at an hair breadth, and not miss.
在众军之中有拣选的七百精兵，都是左手便利的，能用机弦甩石打人，毫发不差。

7. So Jonathan made a covenant with the house of David, saying, Let the LORD even require it at the hand of David's enemies.
于是约拿单与大卫家结盟，说，愿耶和华藉大卫的仇敌追讨背约的罪。

8. Then cried a wise woman out of the city, Hear, hear; say, I pray you, unto Joab, Come near hither, that I may speak with thee.
有一个聪明妇人从城上呼叫说，听阿，听阿，请约押近前来，我好与他说话。

9. And they went out at noon. But Benhadad was drinking himself drunk in the pavilions, he and the kings, the thirty and two kings that helped him.
午间，他们就出城。便哈达和帮助他的三十二个王正在帐幕里痛饮。

10. And Isaiah said unto Hezekiah, Hear the word of the LORD.
以赛亚对希西家说，你要听耶和华的话，

11. To morrow go ye down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel.
明日你们要下去迎敌，他们是从洗斯坡上来，你们必在耶鲁伊勒旷野前的谷口遇见他们。

12. He shall suck the poison of asps: the viper's tongue shall slay him.
他必吸饮虺蛇的毒气。蝮蛇的舌头也必杀他。

13. Take his garment that is surety for a stranger: and take a pledge of him for a strange woman.
谁为生人作保，就拿谁的衣服。谁为外人作保，谁就要承当。

14. And let that man be as the cities which the LORD overthrew, and repented not: and let him hear the cry in the morning, and the shouting at noontide;
愿那人像耶和华所倾覆而不后悔的城邑。愿他早晨听见哀声，晌午听见呐喊。

15. Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths: for their heart went after their idols.
因为他们厌弃我的典章，郴顺从我的律例，干犯我的安息日，他们的心随从自己的偶像。

16. So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
这样，那在后的将要在前，在前的将要在后了。（有古卷在此有因为被召的人多，选上的人少）

17. He shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid.
他要求除灭这些园户，将葡萄园转给别人。听见的人说，这是万不可的。

18. Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.
耶稣说，马利亚。马利亚就转过来，用希伯来话对他说，拉波尼。（拉波尼就是夫子的意思

19. For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost.
乃因保罗早已定意越过以弗所，免得在亚细亚耽延。他急忙前走，巴不得赶五旬节能到耶路撒冷。
