1. And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah.
亚伯拉罕称他的妻撒拉为妹子，基拉耳王亚比米勒差人把撒拉取了去。

2. I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
我是耶和华你的神，曾将你从埃及地为奴之家领出来。

3. Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
你还要晓谕以色列人说，凡以色列人，或是在以色列中寄居的外人，把自己的儿女献给摩洛的，总要治死他，本地人要用石头把他打死。

4. And there was no water for the congregation: and they gathered themselves together against Moses and against Aaron.
会众没有水喝，就聚集攻击摩西，亚伦。

5. And it shall be, when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people,
你们将要上阵的时候，祭司要到百姓面前宣告，

6. Speak to the children of Israel, saying, Appoint out for you cities of refuge, whereof I spake unto you by the hand of Moses:
你吩咐以色列人说，你们要照着我藉摩西所晓谕你们的，为自己设立逃城，

7. And the chief of all the people, even of all the tribes of Israel, presented themselves in the assembly of the people of God, four hundred thousand footmen that drew sword.
以色列民的首领，就是各支派的军长，都站在神百姓的会中。拿刀的步兵共有四十万。

8. And he said unto him, God forbid; thou shalt not die: behold, my father will do nothing either great or small, but that he will shew it me: and why should my father hide this thing from me? it is not so.
约拿单回答说，断然不是。你必不致死。我父作事，无论大小，没有不叫我知道的。怎吗独有这事隐瞒我呢。决不如此。

9. So every man of Israel went up from after David, and followed Sheba the son of Bichri: but the men of Judah clave unto their king, from Jordan even to Jerusalem.
于是以色列人都离开大卫，跟随比基利的儿子示巴。但犹大人从约旦河直到耶路撒冷，都紧紧跟随他们的王。

10. And he sent messengers to Ahab king of Israel into the city, and said unto him, Thus saith Benhadad,
又差遣使者进城见以色列王亚哈，对他说，便哈达如此说，

11. Then he turned his face to the wall, and prayed unto the LORD, saying,
希西家就转脸朝墙，祷告耶和华说，

12. And David took the crown of their king from off his head, and found it to weigh a talent of gold, and there were precious stones in it; and it was set upon David's head: and he brought also exceeding much spoil out of the city.
大卫夺了亚扪人之王所戴的金冠冕（王或作玛勒堪。玛勒堪即米勒公，亚扪族之神名），其上的金子重一他连得，又嵌着宝石。人将这冠冕戴在大卫头上。大卫从城里夺了许多财物，

13. Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea on this side Syria; and, behold, they be in Hazazontamar, which is Engedi.
有人来报告约沙法说，从海外亚兰（又作以东）那边有大军来攻击你，如今他们在哈洗逊他玛，就是隐基底。

14. Therefore do my thoughts cause me to answer, and for this I make haste.
我心中急躁，所以我的思念叫我回答。

15. Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
愿他从圣所救助你，从锡安坚固你。

16. The fear of a king is as the roaring of a lion: whoso provoketh him to anger sinneth against his own soul.
王的威吓，如同狮子吼叫。惹动他怒的，是自害己命。

17. At the same time spake the LORD by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go and loose the sackcloth from off thy loins, and put off thy shoe from thy foot. And he did so, walking naked and barefoot.
那时耶和华晓谕亚摩斯的儿子以赛亚说，你去解掉你腰间的麻布，脱下你脚上的鞋。以赛亚就这样作，露身赤脚行走。

18. Then Pashur smote Jeremiah the prophet, and put him in the stocks that were in the high gate of Benjamin, which was by the house of the LORD.
他就打先知耶利米，用耶和华殿里便雅悯高门内的枷，将他枷在那里。

19. Then came the word of the LORD unto me, saying,
耶和华的话临到我说，

20. And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
和工人讲定一天一银子，就打发他们进葡萄园去。

21. And spake unto him, saying, Tell us, by what authority doest thou these things? or who is he that gave thee this authority?
问他说，你告诉我们，你仗着什么权柄作这些事，给你这权柄的是谁呢。

22. Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the LORD out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.
就跑来见西门彼得，和耶稣所爱的那个门徒，对他们说，有人把主从坟墓里挪了去，我们不知道放在那里。

23. And when he had gone over those parts, and had given them much exhortation, he came into Greece,
走遍了那一带地方，用许多话劝勉门徒，（或作众人）然后来到希腊。

24. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
他捉住那龙，就是古蛇，又叫魔鬼，也叫撒但，把他捆绑一千年，
