1. And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
麦西生路低人，亚拿米人，利哈比人，拿弗土希人，

2. And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt, and the LORD brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.
摩西就向埃及地伸杖，那一昼一夜，耶和华使东风刮在埃及地上，到了早晨，东风把蝗虫刮了来。

3. And ye shall eat it in the holy place, because it is thy due, and thy sons' due, of the sacrifices of the LORD made by fire: for so I am commanded.
你们要在圣处吃，因为在献给耶和华的火祭中，这是你的分和你儿子的分，所吩咐我的本是这样。

4. And they first took their journey according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
这是他们照耶和华藉摩西所吩咐的，初次往前行。

5. To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?
遵守他的诫命律例，就是我今日所吩咐你的，为要叫你得福。

6. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.
于是日头停留，月亮止住，直等国民向敌人报仇。这事岂不是写在雅煞珥书上吗。日头在天当中停住，不急速下落，约有一日之久。

7. Yet ye have forsaken me, and served other gods: wherefore I will deliver you no more.
你们竟离弃我，事奉别神。所以我不再救你们了。

8. And when he had made an end of prophesying, he came to the high place.
扫罗受感说话已毕，就上邱坛去了。

9. And Joab drew nigh, and the people that were with him, unto the battle against the Syrians: and they fled before him.
于是，约押和跟随他的人前进攻打亚兰人。亚兰人在约押面前逃跑。

10. And king Solomon gave unto the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatsoever she asked, beside that which Solomon gave her of his royal bounty. So she turned and went to her own country, she and her servants.
示巴女王一切所要所求的，所罗门王都送给她，另外照自己的厚意馈送她。于是女王和她臣仆转回本国去了。

11. Jehu met with the brethren of Ahaziah king of Judah, and said, Who are ye? And they answered, We are the brethren of Ahaziah; and we go down to salute the children of the king and the children of the queen.
遇见犹大王亚哈谢的弟兄，问他们说，你们是谁。回答说，我们是亚哈谢的弟兄，现在下去要问王和太后的众子安。

12. So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it;
这样，扫罗死了。因为他干犯耶和华，没有遵守耶和华的命。又因他求问交鬼的妇人，

13. And the king answered them roughly; and king Rehoboam forsook the counsel of the old men,
罗波安王用严厉的话回覆他们，不用老年人所出的主意，

14. But the people are many, and it is a time of much rain, and we are not able to stand without, neither is this a work of one day or two: for we are many that have transgressed in this thing.
只是百姓众多，又逢大雨的时令，我们不能站在外头，这也不是一两天办完的事，因我们在这事上犯了大罪。

15. Hodijah, Bani, Beninu.
荷第雅，巴尼，比尼努。

16. And these things hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this is with thee.
然而，你待我的这些事早已藏在你心里，我知道你久有此意。

17. Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God? he hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require it.
恶人为何轻慢神，心里说，你必不追究。

18. In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding.
明哲人嘴里有智慧。无知人背上受刑杖。

19. The beginning of the words of his mouth is foolishness: and the end of his talk is mischievous madness.
他口中的言语，起头是愚昧。他话的末尾，是奸恶的狂妄。

20. For he saith, By the strength of my hand I have done it, and by my wisdom; for I am prudent: and I have removed the bounds of the people, and have robbed their treasures, and I have put down the inhabitants like a valiant man:
因为他说，我所成就的事，是靠我手的能力，和我的智慧。我本有聪明。我挪移列国的地界，抢夺他们所积蓄的财宝，并且我像勇士，使坐宝座的降为卑。

21. But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.
我们不愿意分外夸口，只要照神所量给我们的界限，构到你们那里。

22. When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.
他一发声，空中便有多水激动。他使云雾从地极上腾。他造电随雨而闪，从他府库中带出风来。

23. As for the wheels, it was cried unto them in my hearing, O wheel.
至于这些轮子，我耳中听见说是旋转的。

24. But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
但波斯国的魔君拦阻我二十一日。忽然有大君（就是天使长。二十一节同）中的一位米迦勒来帮助我，我就停留在波斯诸王那里。

25. Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.
你们耕种的是奸恶，收割的是罪孽，吃的是谎话的果子。因你倚靠自己的行为，仰赖勇士众多。

26. And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.
那家若配得平安，你们所求的平安，就必临到那家。若不配得，你们所求的平安仍归你们。

27. And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
有人带着小孩子来见耶稣，要耶稣摸他们，门徒便责备那些人。

28. Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
哥拉汛哪，你有祸了。伯赛大阿，你有祸了。因为在你们中间所行的异能，若行在推罗西顿，他们早已披麻蒙灰坐在地上悔改了。

29. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
雇工逃走，因为他是雇工，并不顾念羊。

30. And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
又有声音向他说，彼得起来，宰了吃。

31. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
因为凡求告主名的，就必得救。

32. There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
你们所遇见的试探，无非是人所能受的。神是信实的，必不叫你们受试探过于所能受的。在受试探的时候，总要给你们开一条出路，叫你们能忍受得住。

33. From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
从此等候他仇敌成了他的脚凳。
