1. And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were the sons of Joktan.
阿斐，哈腓拉，约巴，这都是约坍的儿子。

2. And Moses said, Thou hast spoken well, I will see thy face again no more.
摩西说，你说得好，我必不再见你的面了。

3. And Moses said unto Hobab, the son of Raguel the Midianite, Moses' father in law, We are journeying unto the place of which the LORD said, I will give it you: come thou with us, and we will do thee good: for the LORD hath spoken good concerning Israel.
摩西对他岳父（或作内兄）米甸人流珥的儿子何巴说，我们要行路，往耶和华所应许之地去。他曾说，我要将这地赐给你们。现在求你和我们同去，我们必厚待你，因为耶和华指着以色列人已经应许给好处。

4. Then Joshua passed from Makkedah, and all Israel with him, unto Libnah, and fought against Libnah:
约书亚和以色列众人从玛基大往立拿去，攻打立拿。

5. And a chariot came up and went out of Egypt for six hundred shekels of silver, and an horse for an hundred and fifty: and so for all the kings of the Hittites, and for the kings of Syria, did they bring them out by their means.
从埃及买来的车，每辆价银六百舍客勒，马每匹一百五十舍客勒。赫人诸王和亚兰诸王所买的车马，也是按这价值经他们手买来的。

6. Howbeit from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, Jehu departed not from after them, to wit, the golden calves that were in Bethel, and that were in Dan.
只是耶户不离开尼八的儿子耶罗波安使以色列人陷在罪里的那罪，就是拜伯特利和但的金牛犊。

7. And of the sons of Bani; Meshullam, Malluch, and Adaiah, Jashub, and Sheal, and Ramoth.
巴尼的子孙中，有米书兰，玛鹿，亚大雅，雅述，示押，耶利末。

8. They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;
都随从他们贵胄的弟兄，发咒起誓，必遵行神藉他仆人摩西所传的律法，谨守遵行耶和华我们主的一切诫命，典章，律例。

9. The way of the LORD is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.
耶和华的道，是正直人的保障。却成了作孽人的败坏。

10. They are gone over the passage: they have taken up their lodging at Geba; Ramah is afraid; Gibeah of Saul is fled.
他们过了隘口，在迦巴住宿。拉玛人战兢。扫罗的基比亚人逃跑。

11. And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,
耶稣说，我实在告诉你们，人为我和福音，撇下房屋，或是弟兄，姐妹，父母，儿女，田地。

12. Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
两个麻雀，不是卖一分银子吗。若是你们的父不许，一个也不能掉在地上。

13. But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
那人要显明自己有理，就对耶稣说，谁是我的邻舍呢。

14. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
我父把羊赐给我，他比万有都大。谁也不能从我父手里把他夺去。

15. Therefore came I unto you without gainsaying, as soon as I was sent for: I ask therefore for what intent ye have sent for me?
所已我被请的时候，就不推辞而来。现在请问，你们叫我来有什么意思呢。

16. Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience?
我说的良心，不是你的，乃是他的。我这自由，为什么被别人的良心论断呢。

17. Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
何况人践踏神的儿子，将那使他成圣之约的血当作平常，又亵慢施恩的圣灵，你们想，他要受的刑罚该怎样加重呢。
