1. Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.
挪亚的儿子闪，含，雅弗的后代，记在下面。洪水以后，他们都生了儿子。

2. Now when Ezra had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God, there assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.
以斯拉祷告，认罪，哭泣，俯伏在神殿前的时候，有以色列中的男女孩童聚集到以斯拉那里，成了大会，众民无不痛哭。

3. And the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I might shew these my signs before him:
耶和华对摩西说，你进去见法老。我使他和他臣仆的心刚硬，为要在他们中间显我这些神迹，

4. And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not.
亚伦的儿子拿答，亚比户各拿自己的香炉，盛上火，加上香，在耶和华面前献上凡火，是耶和华没有吩咐他们的，

5. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
耶和华晓谕摩西说，

6. At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into the mount, and make thee an ark of wood.
那时，耶和华吩咐我说，你要凿出两块石版，和先前的一样，上山到我这里来，又要作一木柜。

7. Now it came to pass, when Adonizedec king of Jerusalem had heard how Joshua had taken Ai, and had utterly destroyed it; as he had done to Jericho and her king, so he had done to Ai and her king; and how the inhabitants of Gibeon had made peace with Israel, and were among them;
耶路撒冷王亚多尼洗德听见约书亚夺了艾城，尽行毁灭，怎样待耶利哥和耶利哥的王，也照样待艾城和艾城的王，又听见基遍的居民与以色列人立了和约，住在他们中间，

8. And after Abimelech there arose to defend Israel Tola the son of Puah, the son of Dodo, a man of Issachar; and he dwelt in Shamir in mount Ephraim.
亚比米勒以后，有以萨迦人朵多的孙子，普瓦的儿子陀拉兴起，拯救以色列人。他住在以法莲山地的沙密。

9. Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and kissed him, and said, Is it not because the LORD hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance?
撒母耳拿瓶膏油倒在扫罗的头上，与他亲嘴，说，这不是耶和华膏你作他产业的君吗。

10. And it came to pass after this, that the king of the children of Ammon died, and Hanun his son reigned in his stead.
此后，亚扪人的王死了，他儿子哈嫩接续他作王。

11. And when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the LORD, she came to prove him with hard questions.
示巴女王听见所罗门因耶和华之名所得的名声，就来要用难解的话试问所罗门。

12. And Ahab had seventy sons in Samaria. And Jehu wrote letters, and sent to Samaria, unto the rulers of Jezreel, to the elders, and to them that brought up Ahab's children, saying,
亚哈有七十个儿子在撒马利亚。耶户写信送到撒马利亚，通知耶斯列的首领，就是长老和教养亚哈众子的人，说，

13. Now the Philistines fought against Israel; and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell down slain in mount Gilboa.
非利士人与以色列人争战，以色列人在非利士人面前逃跑，在基利波山有被杀仆倒的。

14. And Rehoboam went to Shechem: for to Shechem were all Israel come to make him king.
罗波安往示剑去，因为以色列人都到了示剑，要立他作王。

15. Now those that sealed were, Nehemiah, the Tirshatha, the son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah,
签名的是，哈迦利亚的儿子省长尼希米，和西底家。

16. And the king Ahasuerus laid a tribute upon the land, and upon the isles of the sea.
亚哈随鲁王使旱地，和海岛的人民都进贡。

17. My soul is weary of my life; I will leave my complaint upon myself; I will speak in the bitterness of my soul.
我厌烦我的性命，必由着自己述说我的哀情。因心里苦恼，我要说话。

18. Why standest thou afar off, O LORD? why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?
耶和华阿，你为什么站在远处。在患难的时候，为什么隐藏。

19. The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.
所罗门的箴言。智慧之子，使父亲欢乐。愚昧之子，叫母亲担忧。

20. Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour: so doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honour.
死苍蝇，使作香的膏油发出臭气。这样，一点愚昧，也能败坏智慧和尊荣。

21. Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed;
祸哉，那些设立不义之律例的，和记录奸诈之判语的。

22. Hear ye the word which the LORD speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:
以色列家阿，要听耶和华对你们所说的话。

23. Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
我观看，见基路伯头上的穹苍之中，显出蓝宝石的形状，彷佛宝座的形像。

24. In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the thing was true, but the time appointed was long: and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision.
波斯王居鲁士第三年，有事显给称为伯提沙撒的但以理。这事是真的，是指着大争战。但以理通达这事，明白这异象。

25. Israel is an empty vine, he bringeth forth fruit unto himself: according to the multitude of his fruit he hath increased the altars; according to the goodness of his land they have made goodly images.
以色列是茂盛的葡萄树，结果繁多，果子越多，就越增添祭坛。地土越肥美，就越造美丽的柱像。

26. Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.
当春雨的时候，你们要向发闪电的耶和华求雨。他必为众人降下甘霖，使田园生长菜蔬。

27. And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
耶稣叫了十二个门徒来，给他们权柄，能赶逐污鬼，并医治各样的病症。

28. And he arose from thence, and cometh into the coasts of Judaea by the farther side of Jordan: and the people resort unto him again; and, as he was wont, he taught them again.
耶稣从那里起身，来到犹太的境界，并约旦河外。众人又聚集到他那里，他又照常教训他们。

29. After these things the LORD appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
这事以后，主又设立七十个人，差遣他们两个两个的，在他前面往自己所要到的各城各地方去。

30. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
我实实在在的告诉你们，人进羊圈，不从门进去，倒从别处爬进去，那人就是强盗。

31. There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band,
在凯撒利亚有一个人，名叫哥尼流，是意大利营的百夫长。

32. Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
弟兄们，我心里所愿的，向神所求的，是要以色列人得救。

33. Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
弟兄们，我不愿意你们不晓得，我们的祖宗从前都在云下，都从海中经过。

34. Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:
我保罗就是与你们见面的时候是谦卑的，不在你们那里的时候向你们是勇敢的，如今亲自藉着基督的温柔和平，劝你们。

35. For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
律法既是将来美事的影儿，不是本物的真像，总不能藉着每年常献一样的祭物，叫那近前来的人得以完全。

36. And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
我又看见另有一位大力的天使，从天降下，披着云彩，头上有虹。脸面像日头，两脚像火柱。
