1. And Salah lived thirty years, and begat Eber:
沙拉活到三十岁，生了希伯。

2. And the vulture, and the kite after his kind;
鹞鹰，小鹰与其类。

3. I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.
管理这百姓的责任太重了，我独自担当不起。

4. That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil.
他（原文作我）必按时降秋雨春雨在你们的地上，使你们可以收藏五谷，新酒，和油

5. And all the spoil of these cities, and the cattle, the children of Israel took for a prey unto themselves; but every man they smote with the edge of the sword, until they had destroyed them, neither left they any to breathe.
那些城邑所有的财物和牲畜，以色列人都取为自己的掠物。惟有一切人口都用刀击杀，直到杀尽。凡有气息的没有留下一个。

6. And Jephthah sent messengers again unto the king of the children of Ammon:
耶弗他又打发使者去见亚扪人的王，

7. Then said Samuel to the people, Come, and let us go to Gilgal, and renew the kingdom there.
撒母耳对百姓说，我们要往吉甲去，在那里立国。

8. And it came to pass in the morning, that David wrote a letter to Joab, and sent it by the hand of Uriah.
次日早晨，大卫写信与约押，交乌利亚随手带去。

9. And the LORD stirred up an adversary unto Solomon, Hadad the Edomite: he was of the king's seed in Edom.
耶和华使以东人哈达兴起，作所罗门的敌人。他是以东王的后裔。

10. And when she looked, behold, the king stood by a pillar, as the manner was, and the princes and the trumpeters by the king, and all the people of the land rejoiced, and blew with trumpets: and Athaliah rent her clothes, and cried, Treason, Treason.
看见王照例站在柱旁，百夫长和吹号的人侍立在王左右，国中的众民欢乐吹号。亚他利雅就撕裂衣服，喊叫说，反了。反了。

11. And they set themselves in the midst of that parcel, and delivered it, and slew the Philistines; and the LORD saved them by a great deliverance.
这勇士便站在那田间击杀非利士人，救护了那田。耶和华使以色列人大获全胜。

12. For the Levites left their suburbs and their possession, and came to Judah and Jerusalem: for Jeroboam and his sons had cast them off from executing the priest's office unto the LORD:
利未人撇下他们的郊野和产业，来到犹大与耶路撒冷，是因耶罗波安和他的儿子拒绝他们，不许他们供祭司职分事奉耶和华。

13. And their brethren, mighty men of valour, an hundred twenty and eight: and their overseer was Zabdiel, the son of one of the great men.
还有他们弟兄，大能的勇士共一百二十八名。哈基多琳的儿子撒巴第业是他们的长官。

14. If iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away, and let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles.
你手里若有罪孽，就当远远地除掉，也不容非义住在你帐棚之中。

15. Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.
无智谋，民就败落。谋士多，人便安居。

16. But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east together: they shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them.
他们要向西飞，扑在非利士人的肩头上。（肩头上或做西界）一同掳掠东方人，伸手按住以东和摩押。亚扪人也必顺服他们。

17. Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble.
所以你不要为这百姓祈祷，不要为他们呼求祷告。因为他们遭难向我哀求的时候，我必不应允。

18. And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.
耶稣就树说，从今以后，永没有人吃你的果子。他的门徒也听见了。

19. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
这也不足为怪。因为连撒但也装作光明的天使。

20. Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
耶和华的话临到我说，

21. And in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall.
那时，必有许多人起来攻击南方王，并且你本国的强暴人必兴起，要应验那异象，他们却要败亡。

22. Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
我又折断称为联索的那根杖，表明我废弃犹大与以色列弟兄的情谊。

23. And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.
你们若肯领受，这人就是应当来的以利亚。

24. And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered.
耶稣赶出一个叫人哑吧的鬼。鬼出去了，哑吧就说出话来众人都希奇。

25. Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.
耶稣就明明的告诉他们说，拉撒路死了。

26. Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved.
他有话告诉你，可以叫你和你的全家得救。

27. If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them.
或者可已激动我骨肉之亲发愤，好救他们一些人。

28. Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?
你们的本性不也指示你们，男人若有长头发，便是他的羞辱吗。

29. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.
说这样话的人，是表明自己要找一个家乡。

30. The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
第二样灾祸过去。第三灾祸快到了。
