1. And if any part of their carcase fall upon any sowing seed which is to be sown, it shall be clean.
若是死的，有一点掉在要种的子粒上，子粒仍是洁净。

2. And she said unto her father, Let this thing be done for me: let me alone two months, that I may go up and down upon the mountains, and bewail my virginity, I and my fellows.
又对父亲说，有一件事求你允准，容我去两个月，与同伴在山上，好哀哭我终为处女。

3. And I will take thee, and thou shalt reign according to all that thy soul desireth, and shalt be king over Israel.
我必拣选你，使你照心里一切所愿的，作王治理以色列。

迦密人希斯罗，伊斯拜的儿子拿莱，

5. Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
他必不顾他列祖的神，也不顾妇女所羡慕的神，无论何神他都不顾。因为他必自大，高过一切。

6. And as he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.
说话的时候，有一个法利赛人请耶稣同他吃饭。耶稣就进去坐席。

7. And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?
其中有人说，他既然开了瞎子的眼睛，岂不能叫这人不死吗。

8. They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;
被石头打死，被锯锯死，受试探，被刀杀。披着绵羊山羊的皮各处奔跑，受穷乏，患难，苦害。
