1. And Serug lived thirty years, and begat Nahor:
西鹿活到三十岁，生了拿鹤。

2. Even these of them ye may eat; the locust after his kind, and the bald locust after his kind, and the beetle after his kind, and the grasshopper after his kind.
其中有蝗虫，蚂蚱，蟋蟀与其类，蚱蜢与其类，这些你们都可以吃。

3. Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?
难道给他们宰了羊群牛群，或是把海中所有的鱼都聚了来，就够他们吃吗，

4. For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him;
你们若留意谨守遵行我所吩咐这一切的诫命，爱耶和华你们的神，行他的道，专靠他，

5. There was none of the Anakims left in the land of the children of Israel: only in Gaza, in Gath, and in Ashdod, there remained.
在以色列人的地没有留下一个亚衲族人，只在迦萨，迦特，和亚实突有留下的。

6. And they possessed all the coasts of the Amorites, from Arnon even unto Jabbok, and from the wilderness even unto Jordan.
从亚嫩河到雅博河，从旷野直到约旦河。

7. So the messenger went, and came and shewed David all that Joab had sent him for.
使者起身，来见大卫，照着约押所吩咐他的话奏告大卫。

8. Then Pharaoh said unto him, But what hast thou lacked with me, that, behold, thou seekest to go to thine own country? And he answered, Nothing: howbeit let me go in any wise.
法老对他说，你在我这里有什么缺乏，你竟要回你本国去呢。他回答说，我没有缺乏什么，只是求王容我回去。

9. Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, the son of a valiant man of Kabzeel, who had done many acts; he slew two lionlike men of Moab: also he went down and slew a lion in a pit in a snowy day.
有甲薛勇士耶何耶大的儿子比拿雅行过大能的事，他杀了摩押人亚利伊勒的两个儿子，又在下雪的时候下坑里去杀了一个狮子，

10. And Rehoboam made Abijah the son of Maachah the chief, to be ruler among his brethren: for he thought to make him king.
罗波安立玛迦的儿子亚比雅作太子，在他弟兄中为首，因为想要立他接续作王。

11. The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micha. Of the sons of Asaph, the singers were over the business of the house of God.
在耶路撒冷，利未人的长官，管理神殿事务的是歌唱者亚萨的子孙，巴尼的儿子乌西。巴尼是哈沙比雅的儿子。哈沙比雅是玛他尼的儿子。玛他尼是米迦的儿子。

12. As a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so is a fair woman which is without discretion.
妇女美貌而无见识，如同金环带在猪鼻上。

13. Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, I will punish them: the young men shall die by the sword; their sons and their daughters shall die by famine:
所以万军之耶和华如此说，看哪，我必刑罚他们。他们的少年人必被刀剑杀死，他们的儿女必因饥荒灭亡，

14. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
耶稣回答说，你们当信服神。

15. Are they Hebrews? so am I. Are they Israelites? so am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so am I.
他们是希伯来人吗。我也是。他们是以色列人吗。我也是。他们是亚伯拉罕的后裔吗。我也是。

16. Then did the cherubims lift up their wings, and the wheels beside them; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
于是，基路伯展开翅膀，轮子都在他们旁边。在他们以上有以色列神的荣耀。

17. And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.
必有无数的军兵势如洪水，在他面前冲没败坏。同盟的君也必如此。

18. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.
但我告诉你们，当审判的日子，推罗西顿所受的，比你们还容易呢。

19. But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils.
但有一个比他更壮的来，胜过他，就夺去他所依靠的盔甲兵器，又分了他的赃。

20. But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.
就是现在，我也知道，你无论向神求什么，神也必赐给你。

21. Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch.
这风声传到耶路撒冷教会人的耳中，他们就打发巴拿巴出去，走到安提阿为止。

22. Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
可见神的恩慈，和严厉。向那跌倒的人，是严厉的。向你是有恩慈的，只要你长久在他的恩慈里。不然，你也要被砍下来。

23. What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.
你们要吃喝，难道没有家吗。还是藐视神的教会，叫那没有的羞愧呢。我向你们可怎吗说呢。可因此称赞你们吗。我不称赞。

24. By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.
约瑟因着信，临终的时候，题到以色列族将来要出埃及，并为自己的骸骨留下遗命。
